I felt bad for the service manager who checked me in and he did his very best to accommodate me. I scheduled my appointment online in order to use a coupon. When I arrived I wasn't on the schedule. I showed up after business hours, didn't know they were closed. I took my time with my wife looking at all the vehicles I wanted, never a rush, went on a test ride and went across the street to the White closed. Never rushed, could have bought that night, but they put dealer tag on car and drove home to really test drive and think about purchase, went back the next evening and bought.
