Had an excellent experience. Wayne and Steve did a great job. I was expecting them to change the numbers on my online deal when I came in by decreasing my trade value or pushing Wayne and Steve did a great job. I was expecting them to change the numbers on my online deal when I came in by decreasing my trade value or pushing up the price of the new car. They actually gave me an additional $1,000 off on the new car and full Blue Book value on my trade. No surprises, no tricks. Really had a great experience at White's and would definitely recommend to friends and family alike. More

Part of the front plastic bumper is sticking out. Your shop made no effort to identify why... they just assumed it was the result of damage even though there is ZERO sign of any sort of accident. We then took it to a body shop... who confirmed that there is no sign of any damage. They then recommended we make an appointment for them to remove the the part for further inspection. More
