Jen, Thank you for asking. But NO on last visit I was not happy with the quality of service. To start with my vehicle was sitting in shop for over 1 hour before it was started. But NO on last visit I was not happy with the quality of service. To start with my vehicle was sitting in shop for over 1 hour before it was started. Yes the service manager came out to me and apologized and asked me if I wanted to reschedule but as I live 30 minutes away I said it was okay to continue with the service. After I received my Titan back no one review the 2 critical services recommended for my vehicle that was on my receipt. Carbon cleaning and Oil conditioner. Also there were grease hand prints all over front bumper and skid pan. My wheels had new scratches around the lugnut areas from tire rotation. Back to the Oil conditioner recommended , if your service department is changing oil every 5K miles why do I need that service done. I spent over 2hrs at your dealership for Oil change and Tire rotation longer if you take into account that I showed up 15 minutes early. V/r Serge Ziegler More

The service was excellent from start to finish. I can't remember the staff members name but he went above to help us. My daughter didn't get off of work until a little after five but he said that h I can't remember the staff members name but he went above to help us.
