There used to be an advertisement for a car dealership in our area that touted, "We go the extra mile." We felt that Damon Salvatore went more than the extra mile for us. It took more than one phone call and he kept us updated on progress. There was no high pressure to make the sale happen. Damon waited until we were ready to make the deal. There were a few minor glitches (on our part)that he smoothed over and made us feel like he was working on our behalf. He did what he said he would do, and more. In general, I tend to mistrust salesmen, but Damon definitely earned my trust. This is our second car from this dealership and the major reason for our return. White River Toyota is very interested in customer satisfaction and works hard to earn it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and not once did my blood pressure get into the danger zone. More
