Every interaction was cordial. They responded to my questions quickly, and were very sincere. I never felt like a customer being sold a car, but instead like my friends were merely meeting my auto needs. I came into the store looking for a car for my son, and left with a great trade of my own car. Bill hung in and contacted me once a week for several weeks updating me on cars entering their lot. The first few were not a match, but Bill kept diligently searching and eventually directed me to a great car that literally was on the lift getting the Trademark - White River Toyota Used Car certification. I picked up my shiny used car a week later, Bill even shined the car as I waited, and helped address every question I had. John helped me find the perfect truck and worked with me on my trade-in to get an acceptable price. After having the truck for only a short time, the transmission went. But I knew when I shopped for a Toyot on my trade-in to get an acceptable price. After having the truck for only a short time, the transmission went. My truck was towed to the dealership, they delivered a loaner vehicle the next day and within two days, my new truck was ready (with its new transmission) and delivered. All this when I lived 70 miles away. Toyota has a fantastic reputation and this dealership, and John McKeon, is one of the reasons why. I don't know why I waited so long to trade up to a REAL truck. It was Alfie who looked out for us and alerted us to deals from Toyota as they came available. His attention to his customers like us is one of the reasons we have returned to White River Toyota - we are now into our fourth Sienna lease. As our third lease was about to conclude, a new salesman, Dan O'Brien, contacted us (like Alfie would) and alerted us to a buyout deal from Toyota which has saved us some cash. We told Dan exactly what we wanted (sometimes customers don't know really what they want) and he assembled the paperwork and secured that specific Sienna we wanted. The whole process of exchanging vehicles and the paperwork with Dan and with Alan Streeter may have taken 3 hours tops! We noticed that the paperwork process has been streamlined to allow the customer to be on their way with a new vehicle. We thank Dan O'Brien for getting us what we needed and on our way. Dan is a good fit for White River Toyota. More
