My wife and I came into the dealership with much trepidation as she had not had a good customer experience in the past with the service department. Bill Severance met us in the parking lot with a bright smile, and a hand shake. I had my heart set a vehicle from another dealership, but Bill assisted us in getting the deal that we wanted on a used Toyota Venza. We had a great overall customer experience that day.
