Barbara, I am sorry to hear that your recent experience in our service department was not to your satisfaction. We have investigated the situation, and have learned that your appointment was scheduled as an emergency, which unfortunately does not display as a standard appointment in our system, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused upon your arrival. Unfortunately the part your repair required, a power steering computer, is a rare part, and the closest location at which this part was available was a warehouse located in Boston. Because parts from warehouses such as this are delivered on a first come, first serve basis, we wanted to make certain that the part was available to us for your visit, before asking you to come back to have your vehicle repaired. Unfortunately due to the age and mileage of your Matrix, the repair was unable to be covered under warranty. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me personally, at the phone number below.
