great first experience I'm in my 50s and I never had to buy a car for myself before now. I was very nervous and afraid that I wold be taken advantage of. Justin and Tim were both very helpful and made sure that I didn't pay any more than necessary and that I got what I wanted. I was thinking bigger but Justin helped me to find the vehicle that was just right for my family. He was right and I am so happy with my Rav4! Tim answered all of my financial questions without making me feel silly! It was a great experience. If the service that I get is anywhere near as great as the buying experience, I'll be a customer forever. More

Excellent Experience! I went into White River Toyota with a plan to upgrade to a truck, but knew my budget was tight. Inspection and programing valet key for remote starter. I arrived for my vehicle inspection and went to ask about getting a key for installing a remote car starter. Since they had a valet key in stock they I arrived for my vehicle inspection and went to ask about getting a key for installing a remote car starter. Since they had a valet key in stock they agreed to go ahead and program the key at this appt !!! It takes about a half an hr, they told me. I was there for a total of 1 hr for the inspection and programming. Since the car is only 9 months old there were no problems. The Parts and Service dept. staff were very helpful and cheerful. Thank you Dana for taking such good care of me !!. More

They go the extra mile!! Just went in to get a new inspection sticker, but they filled my windshield wiper fluid for free and did my 10,000 mile check up!!
