We have been with White River Toyota since 2003 and have had a wonderful, no hassle experience with sales and service employees. It was Alfie who looked out for us and alerted us to deals from Toyota as they came available. His attention to his customers like us is one of the reasons we have returned to White River Toyota - we are now into our fourth Sienna lease. As our third lease was about to conclude, a new salesman, Dan O'Brien, contacted us (like Alfie would) and alerted us to a buyout deal from Toyota which has saved us some cash. We told Dan exactly what we wanted (sometimes customers don't know really what they want) and he assembled the paperwork and secured that specific Sienna we wanted. The whole process of exchanging vehicles and the paperwork with Dan and with Alan Streeter may have taken 3 hours tops! We noticed that the paperwork process has been streamlined to allow the customer to be on their way with a new vehicle. We thank Dan O'Brien for getting us what we needed and on our way. Dan is a good fit for White River Toyota. More
