I would recommend him to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a new Toyota. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and honest. If Josh didn't know the answer, he wasn't afraid to say, "I don't know, but let me find out." Other car dealerships that I spoke with were more concerned about when I was going to buy and were kind of pushy.
