Excellent Customer Service After the Sale After four years of problems with a Jeep, I finally decided to make the switch over to a Toyota Highlander. The car buying experience at White River After four years of problems with a Jeep, I finally decided to make the switch over to a Toyota Highlander. The car buying experience at White River Toyota was great, but I knew that it wasn't realistic to judge customer service on the car buying experience alone. After all, it's easy to treat a customer well when they're buying a car, not as easy when it comes to servicing the vehicle. Within one month of making my purchase I had a mechanical issue that was not technically covered under my pre-owned certified warranty or the extended warranty I purchased. White River Toyota covered the repair free of charge which was much appreciated and generated a lot of goodwill towards the dealership. I'm excited to say the friendly customer service extended beyond just the car buying experience and look forward to working with their team again. More

We went back and they looked at it and had it replaced with a new one. I find their sales and service to be excellent. More

I think the price should have been a range and I should have been told that the actual lease price per month would depend on the bank's willingness to honor that credit tier as opposed to being "promised" a certain price. Customers do not like being surprised and walk out paying $80 more per month than was told to them. This had nothing to do with the sales person as that function is out of their hands. More

That is totally unheard of in today's Mad, Mad world - but everyone was there to make sure it went off without a hitch. I thought this was unusual 2 years ago when I got my Tacoma from them which is why I came back and I can absolutely guarantee I WILL be back again, there is a local Toyota dealer in my home town but I already had several bad dealings with them (Rudeness and way over priced and service that had to be repeated because they didn't do it right the first time!) and I will never step foot in there again - which is why I gladly elected to travel the hour to get there and will continue to do so for ALL of my servicing, accessory purchases and any other needs that may arise to include any other vehicle purchases! They now have a "Life Long Customer" !!!!! More
