Love my 2016 highlander I've always had a Honda and so I was worried about getting a different vehicle but I couldn't be happier! One thing I would suggest is when you have customers waiting thru the lunch hour and you know it is going to be awhile before you can complete the sales you could offer them a car to go and get some lunch. This is especially helpful with senior citizens could may have medical needs and require to eat at certain times (can not have too much time between meals) This would keep the stress levels from rising. More
