Met John while we were checking out a new RAV4 to replace our current 2020 model. We had a trade difference in mind before we went and after a bit of negotiation reached our acceptable trade. John was great to work with and there was no pressure what so ever. We now have a new 2025 RAV4 and love it. It is our sixth RAV4 from White River Toyota since 2001. This is our first purchase from White River Toyota and it was a great experience. We were going to purchase a 4runner which was in transit, but as we were waiting for that 4runner to arrive we decided we wan was a great experience. We were going to purchase a 4runner which was in transit, but as we were waiting for that 4runner to arrive we decided we wanted to consider a couple 4runner limiteds and Tyler was very understanding and made us feel confident in our decision and also wanted to make sure we were leaving with the right vehicle for what we wanted. They were also very fair with what they gave us for our trade in. We would be more than happy to recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. More
