Brakes Toyota Service was very quick to get my Rav4 into check out the braking problem I was having with Brake use whether my vehicle was being used with han Toyota Service was very quick to get my Rav4 into check out the braking problem I was having with Brake use whether my vehicle was being used with hand controls or the regular way by another driver. Service trouble shot the problem & gave the detailed information I needed to present to the hand control specialist. It turned out to be a defective part with the hand controls. Causing the hand controls to interfer with the brakes even when driving it normally. They took care of our concerns with the safety being the utmost priority. Mobility Works was very grateful with the information Toyota Service provided. Thank You to ALL involved @ Toyota. Diane More

Quick service for an unscheduled visit! Having a battery die on my RAV4 in December in Vermont can be really frustrating. I was unable to even call White River Toyota the night before, so I Having a battery die on my RAV4 in December in Vermont can be really frustrating. I was unable to even call White River Toyota the night before, so I got a jump and was able to drive in. They graciously fit me into their work-plan for the day. I was able to catch the White River Toyota Shuttle to get to work in a really clean vehicle with a great driver! During the day I received a telephone call about the work being done and that the RAV was ready for pickup. The Shuttle driver picked me up at the scheduled time and location at my work. I met the same person who had taken my car in this morning and he explained everything that the mechanics had found. Overall - this was a really great visit! More
