Great service & sales. I was in Service for a 10K service on my 4Runner and was met by Andy who went over all the items that would be addressed. He was very friendly, said I was in Service for a 10K service on my 4Runner and was met by Andy who went over all the items that would be addressed. He was very friendly, said it would take about an hour and invited me to wait in the Customer area. After I got a cup of fresh coffee, as I walked into the Sales area, Alexis, a Sales Rep, asked if she could help me with anything. I said, as a matter of fact, I would like some information on a vehicle. She spent several minutes going over the options on the vehicle and took me outside to look one over and test drive if I would like. She asked if she could put together a no obligation trade deal. During that process, John the Sales Manager, spent several minutes going over the various ways a trade could be accomplished. I said I would consider his generous offer. He remembered me from the previous three car purchases I had made through him and said he would do what it would take to keep me as a customer. About that time, the Service rep Andy said my car was ready. He went over every thing that was done to my vehicle, thanked me for coming in and asked if I would like to make my next Service appointment. Great people providing great service. More

They were all courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I have purchased vehicles previously from WRT, so I knew Sales Manager John Elliott. He was incredibly kind and helpful to me with this vehicle lease and suggested a sales and leasing consultant (David Bennett) as someone he thought would be a good person for me to work with. David was very, very helpful and gave me many hours of his time with the decision making process. David’s knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in was much appreciated, as was his thoughtful and low key approach. Steve Cole guided me through the reams of paperwork and did a terrific job explaining the lease and options I might or might not be interested in. I will definitely return to WRT in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, finance, or lease a vehicle. More
Busy dealership Had a panel hanging down from the undercarriage and the service team took it in next day and made the fix. We normally get very good service here on a regular basis. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to find an opening for a routine maintenance appointment, usually two weeks or more. I have heard the same from others who use the service facilities. More
