He tells me the truth, recommends what he thinks is a good fit for us (and he is usually right on). He knows his customers and he always treats us well taken care of. The drivers side seat belt latch was malfunctioning. My Highlander was brought immediately in for evaluation. A new latch was ordered and installed immediately though service was booking a month out.
