I had an ongoing problem with the battery going dead. I made an appointment then wrote them a letter explaining exactly the timeline and frequency of its occurring. When I brought it in everything was arranged including a loner so they coould spend more time determining the problem. Having to order parts it took over a week to complete the repairs. Again when I returned he recognized me immediately, had all the paperwork ready in a short time and my car had been driven in so didn't even have to go outside. To top it off my car had been washed and looked great! Oh I received a new Outback Wilderness as a loner - very nice! More
