When you set up an appointment you get the chance to select a loaner car, which I needed because I would be on call at the hospital. Was told that they don't give out loaner cars for this fix on the day of the visit without looking further than that. Was going to be shuttled when an ancillary staff member let me know that there were available loaners and offered me one. I was actually called in to the hospital during this period, so I lucked out. I was well taken care of, but sort of by accident. This is my second time there and I would say my experience has been average as far as dealerships go (though the runners are top notch). I would guarantee any other dealership would not hesitate to lend out a loaner, and would go beyond that to meet this expectation without any excuse. More

Very Pleased - 30K Service Inspection I purchased a 2016 Forester XT back in August of 2015. I've been servicing my vehicle with the dealership ever since and have been very satisfied. I I purchased a 2016 Forester XT back in August of 2015. I've been servicing my vehicle with the dealership ever since and have been very satisfied. I've always received an honest window for service time. I really love just pulling up to the garage and getting right in and having someone assist me within the first couple minutes. I just had my 30K service inspection completed. I was informed that it would be about 3 1/2 hours when I made my appointment, but with the complimentary loaner vehicle it was in no way an inconvenience as I was out the door in about 10 minutes. Very nice loaner vehicle as well. I got to drive a 2017 Outback, which was fun to try out. I have no complaints with White Bear Acura Subaru and will definitely recommend them. More
