I was genuinely satisfied with the work but as you can see from the attached photo greasy boot prints were left in my beige carpet. They have been great to explain the service done to my cars and do not try to "up sale" me with things I really don't need. They have been a trusted partner in the service of my vehicles and when I have comparison shopped various things, I have found them to be competitive for COMPARABLE services. Expensive, Long wait even with appointment This was my first oil change for me new Legacy. I was shocked to find that my oil changes are $75.00 and they charge $26.00 for an oil change and no This was my first oil change for me new Legacy. That information may have deterred me from purchasing that vehicle as I am used to a $40.00 oil change, free tire rotation and a vacuum on the inside of my car. Perhaps the dealership should focus a bit on customer service as I found the service tech a bit rude and stand offish. I do however take a bit responsibility as I had a bit of sticker shock. More
