I was genuinely satisfied with the work but as you can see from the attached photo greasy boot prints were left in my beige carpet. This was quite a surprise to me and a disappointment since in the past I've had my vehicle in for service the exterior and interior was found to be cleaned and care taken. Patricia Kandkai More

Actually, an important reason I purchased my second TL was because of the service team. I have brought my 2003 & 2009 Acura TLs to this dealer for service since my first purchaser in 2003. They have been great to explain the service done to my cars and do not try to "up sale" me with things I really don't need. They have been a trusted partner in the service of my vehicles and when I have comparison shopped various things, I have found them to be competitive for COMPARABLE services. Also, being a woman, I am treated with respect and the technicians have never "talked down" to me as if I don't know what they are talking about. Thanks Jordan for your excellant service and help. Expensive, Long wait even with appointment This was my first oil change for me new Legacy. I was shocked to find that my oil changes are $75.00 and they charge $26.00 for an oil change and no This was my first oil change for me new Legacy. I was shocked to find that my oil changes are $75.00 and they charge $26.00 for an oil change and no vacuuming of the car. That information may have deterred me from purchasing that vehicle as I am used to a $40.00 oil change, free tire rotation and a vacuum on the inside of my car. Perhaps the dealership should focus a bit on customer service as I found the service tech a bit rude and stand offish. I do however take a bit responsibility as I had a bit of sticker shock. More
