My first service at this dealership I recently purchased a used Acura RL and brought it in for an oil change and inspection. I received immediate attention by two service associates wh I recently purchased a used Acura RL and brought it in for an oil change and inspection. I received immediate attention by two service associates who actually greeted me personally as I drove up and then treated me as if I was family. Nena explained the service I was to receive and checked on recalls that were outstanding. We made arrangements for the recalls to be fixed next week and other concerns I had. She showed me around the dealership making sure I knew where everything was located. I believe it was Luke who helped familiarize me with the electronics in the car , going out of his way to answer my questions and brainstorm what he wasn't familiar with. I left very impressed with the service associates and the work performed on my car. 10 out of 10. More

He was fully invested in his job and it was easy to talk with him. He verified the services I requested when booking the appointment on-line. He was focused and took the time to be sure I understood everything and that my questions were answered. The service was completed in a timely manner and the car was washed and vacuumed. Nice! Afterwards, Matt discussed the results of Multi-Point Inspection. I also appreciate the work of the people behind the scenes. More
