The local garage quoted me $1000 less for the repairs but I felt better using a dealership for this problem. You found other service issues that were then raised and I feel they were justified so agreed to them. Grateful loaner car was available. Jordan was very helpful in explaining this things to me. I reviewed the bill after I got home (how many people do that?) and found I was double charged for a battery. I called Jordan and the following day I got a call from the desk confirming I had been double charged and then seemed to think they were doing me a favor by crediting the overcharge to my credit card.. I actually thought they might give me my battery free at this point since my bill was over $3500. Oh well....I'm driving a safe car! (Wasn't impressed with the vacuuming job but, again, it's an old car and probably much more messy than most!) More
