Both times I was concerned how the dealer would deal with these issues since I am nearing my mileage limit for warranty repairs. Both times Jordan was fast to assist us, provided a loaner vehicle, great with follow up communication and the repairs were done quickly and correctly! I had been considering trading the Acura MDX in on another name brand SUV but the way Jordan addressed our concerns and handled our repairs has changed my mind and I will be sticking with my MDX. More

Frustrated Yet Again I purchased my first (used) vehicle from here just over a year ago, within the first month there were major issues that required a full engine rebuild I purchased my first (used) vehicle from here just over a year ago, within the first month there were major issues that required a full engine rebuild and the service team was not straightforward with me. Now just recently I was in to replace a side mirror - I should note that I’m a young woman and was very sick at the time - I was given a very vague estimate for the repair and when the final bill was due was charged MUCH more than I was originally told. Both times I’ve been here I’ve felt that they take try to take advantage of the situation and assume they can charge me more because I won’t fight back. I’m extremely frustrated with this pattern and while the service has been technically fine I am hesitant to recommend to other; I do not appreciate the lack of information provided and the vague explainations for what I’m paying for and as a woman find it insulting that they would try to use that to their advantage. More
