I'm not sure I would recommend this service center at this point given the miscommunication and the fact that we had to bring the car back several times to get the full repair done. In the end the car was probably repaired at least for the repair in which it was brought the torque converter. However some other things that broke in the process or was apparently needed to be fixed or nearly broken and therefore broke during the repair. Those items may not have been fixed that being a power steering pump. More

Recently had my pre-owned certified 2016 TLX purchased last fall from Buerkle in excellent condition in for a oil change and tire rotation, there is now a dent, scratch and rim dings that were not there p last fall from Buerkle in excellent condition in for a oil change and tire rotation, there is now a dent, scratch and rim dings that were not there prior.
