Disorganized customer service The recall work was completed in a timely manner however the service department was extremely inefficient. I received a call my vehicle was done and was told a courtesy car would pick me up at Maplewood Mall in 10-15 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the dealership, got voicemail and left my callback and said I was inquiring about my ride. Long story short, it was another 20 minutes before my ride arrived. This was a frustrating experience and I was disappointed with my experience. More

I bought my car in there earlier this year because my key fob was not working properly. I was just going to have them take a look at it and then set up an appointment for a later date but Greg Nichols took fob was not working properly. I was just going to have them take a look at it and then set up an appointment for a later date but Greg Nichols took care of it that same day I didn't have to wait for anything he was right on it they had one in stock it was covered under warranty I couldn't have gotten better service. Actually he took care of it right after I asked him about it he had me pull into the shop and it was a done deal! More
