This was an unnecessary trip for me. The recall had already been done. I told the caller this but he insisted this was a new recall. When I got to the dealership I was given a car wash and my car was v already been done. I told the caller this but he insisted this was a new recall. When I got to the dealership I was given a car wash and my car was vacuumed. Ue was very apologetic and I know it was just a mixup. The dealership is not particularly close to me and I have better things to do. More
Did not reset car system, no one wearing masks. The computer system was not reset when I received my service, and now each time I turn on the car I get the message that Inspection and Maintenance Re The computer system was not reset when I received my service, and now each time I turn on the car I get the message that Inspection and Maintenance Required Immediately. I was surprised and disappointed that no one working was wearing a mask, including the people that were inside my car. More

Long, slow oil leak finally solved. My 2007 Subaru Legacy GT had a slow oil leak for over a year. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The service personnel took a much closer look and suspected maybe the head gasket was the problem. That caused them to pull the engine out and then the true problem was spotted. Now there is no more oil leaking onto my garage floor. More
