Very disappointed again. My 1 1/2 hour wait for a Very disappointed again. My 1 1/2 hour wait for a recall repair turned into 4 hours with no contact as to why the delay until we asked. Subura recall items corrected. I stopped in and in the 3 minutes to get checked in, it started pouring rain. I asked to get my umbrella out of my car and the tech went out and drove I stopped in and in the 3 minutes to get checked in, it started pouring rain. I went in to get my batter replaced that portion was great. However I had some concern with the waiting room. Some of the chairs were too close to each other. No mask enforcement or enforcement of socia great. However I had some concern with the waiting room. Some of the chairs were too close to each other. No mask enforcement or enforcement of social distancing. People without masks kept insisting on sitting right next to me. Despite me using one of the sit alone chairs. At some point it had been scooted closer. Ended up needing to go and stand outside in the heat to avoid this. More
