My RDX experienced a problem that required a scan. Unfortunately, the day I took it in Acura experienced a problem with their software and the work could not be completed. Donovan Brummond, the serv Unfortunately, the day I took it in Acura experienced a problem with their software and the work could not be completed. Donovan Brummond, the service manager, authorized a no charge loaner for me on my return visit. James Burton in the service department kept me updated on the repair and even stayed after his normal hours on the day the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied and understood what had been done. completed what was expected but not an inch further. The car wash was bare minimum and my car was in service for over two hours. Floor mats were not vacuumed which was disappointing. A great addition to the car wash would be cleaning the windows from the inside and out with Windex and paper towels. I do this every other time I wash my vehicle and it makes a big difference even though people may not think to do this when they wash their own vehicles. More
