It is always a pleasure working with everyone in the service department. It was an especially wonderful experience this most recent time. We brought our dog with us as we learned you are dog friendly an service department. It was an especially wonderful experience this most recent time. We brought our dog with us as we learned you are dog friendly and she wanted to go for a ride. Our Mia was treated like a movie star! She was given love and treats at the service center and even wonderful Subaru toys (which she loved) to take home. She really wants to go back, and we are looking forward to bringing her! Oh and my car was also serviced with a smile! Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the people who were particularly loving to our Mia and I don’t see their pictures. More

Everything went great. I was able to get a loaner car so I did not have to wait in the building. By the way, the new Crosstrek I got was a nice car. Too bad I'm not looking to trade in my Forester. I'm sorry but I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with on the phone and in person in your service department but they all did great. I would give them each five stars. I also bought some touch up paint in the parts department and the woman who worked there did a great job of explaining how to use it. Five stars for her too. Update: It looks like I can't submit this review without checking at least one employee so I do know one was a woman She must be Nicole Love. More
