Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I had fog lights installed and oil/filter replacement. I particularly liked the multi-point vehicle inspection check list. I would have given 5 stars excep lights installed and oil/filter replacement. I particularly liked the multi-point vehicle inspection check list. I would have given 5 stars except for the following comment. However, I was a bit concerned that the Brake fluid was checked red (indicating immediate attention was needed) with the comment 'low', yet no-one talked to me about it at the end of the visit, nor suggested they fill it up and correct it on the spot. WB Subaru service people are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I had no problem getting an appointment when I wanted one. They reminded me that I had a lift gate problem that would be taken care of a courteous. I had no problem getting an appointment when I wanted one.
