We apologize for the communication issues with the phone call instead of the text. As for the $501 bill, when we work with third party companies like insurance companies, it's hard to separate those bills. A portion of that total should be covered by you insurance company if they said they would do so. with your windshield being replaced, we typically don't wash the car immediately after. We'd like to wash it if you'd like us to.
