Sale was fine, purchased used. Service is lacking. Brought vehicle in three times for same issue. With that they sent me off. In subsequent inquiries about the service, I reported this incident expecting someone would respond. No one has. Apparently, if the ratings are not 5-=star, they are ignored. That is my definition of poor service and even worse management that does not follow up on LOYAL customer complaints. More

I tried to book an appointment online. The website indicates you can do so. I got an email say my request was received and somebody would contact me. Weird because they were contact me via email and I'm pretty sure it was a question on the online form. I responded to that email saying to contact me via email and asked if there was availability on Wednesday (the day I had requested with the online form). a couple days later I was contacted again with a message saying 'checking in to see if you a re all set on information. Have you been helped'. I responded saying I had not been helped at all and again asked for appointment availability on a specific day. I got a response back saying that they would let the manager know, nothing else. AT NO TIME DID ANYONE TALK TO ME ABOUT SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. That is what I originally inquired about and what I specifically asked with every communication. Honestly this interaction was bonkers to me. It made 0 sense. Why have a place on your website where you can request an appointment and then not make appointments!?!? My direct questions were totally ignored. I had to call for service. The girl on the phone was nice and got me in quickly. when I told her about how poorly this had gone with the online request form she said that 'unfortunately it wasn't the first time they'd heard that'. What the heck are you guys doing? You should take that off your website. Honestly my interactions with you guys (I bought my car new from you guys and have been back for service multiple times) have for the most part been decent. I go to you even though I know it's going to cost me more. You are the most convenient dealership to my home and work. After this I'm frustrated enough to go somewhere else. Something so stupid has really gotten under my skin. More
Went there for a post purchase inspection oil change and alignment. I purchased my Forester from another dealership but I wanted a Subaru dealer to look at it. WB Subaru is clean, the staff is friendly, hel alignment. I purchased my Forester from another dealership but I wanted a Subaru dealer to look at it. WB Subaru is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I even got a test ride with a technician because I'm new to the CVT transmission. My only real gripe was I wasn't completely satisfied with the alignment. The steering wheel is still a little turned to the left. It's almost perfect, but I can tell it's a little off. The other thing is Subaru America's inability to recommend transmission service in regular intervals in the US. I figured I would get that recommendation, and even asked, but was told it wasn't recommended, even though the car came from CA and FL and had been used to tow cross-country. Canada and Asia get CVT service recommendations, so why is the US different? All-in-all, the service is good and I know from past experience that the parts department is top-notch (need a few parts already). More
