was not satisfied with last service call. one/and 3/4 hours for an oil change. car left untidy all plastic seat and steering wheel covers not removed. I had to ask for costs charged that day before hand. More

I've been dealing with a service advisor, lastest attempt at fixing masked noise lasted for 35 miles, basically my trip home. I've spent more time and money bringing it back and forth to the dealer than I have driving it for personal use, not to mention having to have soneone else drive to pick me up when dropping it off and then again so I can pick it up. I will be calling to talk to a service manager for hopefully a final fix and resolution. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew it had front end issues.
