The guys at Luther Subaru really listen when you have a request. I truly apprecciate that. I made a request when I had my car serviced and he responded so kind to me in fixing a headrest issue, I inadverte request. I truly apprecciate that. Knowledgeable staff, flexible time slots and clean waiting area keep me coming back for service. really disappointed, our 2014 outback rides really rough , like a truck. i thought maybe new struts were needed. no they are fine they say, but a rattling air-cleaner box needs replacing?? $300 plus dollars , like a truck. i thought maybe new struts were needed. no they are fine they say, but a rattling air-cleaner box needs replacing?? $300 plus dollars later i drive away and it still rides like a rattled old truck! a waste of time and money!
