First off the salesperson wanted to sell me something I didn't want. I had a feeling he could make more money from a Legacy than an Impreza. I wanted the car as quickly as possible and there was one available within two weeks in the color and with the options I wanted, so I didn't try to haggle and really don't know whether I could have gotten a better price.
