Dead Battery on 2016 Outback.... 2nd time in 6 weeks. 2016 Outback with 15K miles battery dead for 2nd time in 6 weeks. Called White Bear Subaru and Greg said bring it right in. Got it jumped, drove to 2016 Outback with 15K miles battery dead for 2nd time in 6 weeks. Called White Bear Subaru and Greg said bring it right in. Got it jumped, drove to WBS and 90 minutes later walked out with a new battery. There are so many gizmos (computers) on these newer Subarus requiring more battery power and I don't think the factory installed batteries are large enough to handle it. We've owned Subarus for 40 years and have never had dead battery issues before buying this car. Greg was understanding, easy to work with, and made sure the problem was looked at asap. They didn't have any loaner cars available so I waited in the lounge. WBS has always been courteous and friendly people to work with. More
Subaru will try to correct the problem I've had my 2015 Subaru Legacy into the Service Department 3 time for the same issue; a hesitation when accelerating from a stop or near stop. The fi I've had my 2015 Subaru Legacy into the Service Department 3 time for the same issue; a hesitation when accelerating from a stop or near stop. The first two times I was told the computer needed to be updated. The update temporarily solved the problem. Within a few weeks, the hesitation was back. The last time I came in with this same problem, the computer was updated and the problem, again, was resolved. Greg asked me to contact him if this problem occurs again. Subaru will call in a District Specialist to review the problem and try to come up with a resolution. Greg assured me Subaru would work with me to get the problem fixed to my satisfaction. More

Hassle-free & fun car buying experience! After searching online for a gently used SUV, I found a couple that interested me at White Bear Acura. I emailed the dealership and Landon got back t After searching online for a gently used SUV, I found a couple that interested me at White Bear Acura. I emailed the dealership and Landon got back to me within minutes! Even though the dealership was 35 miles from our house, we made the trek and Landon had the car I wanted to look at pulled up, heated and ready when we arrived! They gave me a fair price (Kelly blue book) for my trade-in and Landon and Matt stayed working with us for an hour after the dealership had closed! For the entire visit, I wasn't uncomfortable at any time, never felt pressured, laughed a lot, and actually enjoyed the evening! This has never been my experience with car buying. Ever. More
