Very Pleased - 30K Service Inspection I purchased a 2016 Forester XT back in August of 2015. I've been servicing my vehicle with the dealership ever since and have been very satisfied. I I purchased a 2016 Forester XT back in August of 2015. I've been servicing my vehicle with the dealership ever since and have been very satisfied. I've always received an honest window for service time. I really love just pulling up to the garage and getting right in and having someone assist me within the first couple minutes. I just had my 30K service inspection completed. I was informed that it would be about 3 1/2 hours when I made my appointment, but with the complimentary loaner vehicle it was in no way an inconvenience as I was out the door in about 10 minutes. Very nice loaner vehicle as well. I got to drive a 2017 Outback, which was fun to try out. I have no complaints with White Bear Acura Subaru and will definitely recommend them. More

Dee Dhanraj, great customer service Brought my Outback in last week to replace a broken windshield. The job was done on time but when I came to pick up the car, the key had been misplace Brought my Outback in last week to replace a broken windshield. The job was done on time but when I came to pick up the car, the key had been misplaced and after a 20 minute search still were not found. Dee apologized and set me up with a rental car to get me home. He called the next day to let me know the dealer would be making a new key for me. After another 15 minutes he called again to tell me that my key had been found. Dee went the extra mile and kept me informed and I appreciate his customer care. By the way, the windshield replacement looks great. More

Great Service I took my Subaru Outback to this dealer for a service appointment because a left head gasket oil leak was found at my last oil change. The service p I took my Subaru Outback to this dealer for a service appointment because a left head gasket oil leak was found at my last oil change. The service person, Dee, took my car in right on time, provided me with warranty information, and oversaw the assessment of the leak. We decided that I would have the leak repaired in a month or so since it was a minor problem but I would still be within the warranty period. There was no charge for the assessment and they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Talk about excellent service - I am very pleased with this service experience! More
