I was genuinely satisfied with the work but as you can see from the attached photo greasy boot prints were left in my beige carpet. Actually, an important reason I purchased my second TL was because of the service team. I have brought my 2003 & 2009 Acura TLs to this dealer for service since my first purchaser in 2003. They have been great to explain the service done to my cars and do not try to "up sale" me with things I really don't need. They have been a trusted partner in the service of my vehicles and when I have comparison shopped various things, I have found them to be competitive for COMPARABLE services.
