They have been great to explain the service done to my cars and do not try to "up sale" me with things I really don't need. They have been a trusted partner in the service of my vehicles and when I have comparison shopped various things, I have found them to be competitive for COMPARABLE services. Expensive, Long wait even with appointment This was my first oil change for me new Legacy. I was shocked to find that my oil changes are $75.00 and they charge $26.00 for an oil change and no This was my first oil change for me new Legacy. I was shocked to find that my oil changes are $75.00 and they charge $26.00 for an oil change and no vacuuming of the car. That information may have deterred me from purchasing that vehicle as I am used to a $40.00 oil change, free tire rotation and a vacuum on the inside of my car. Perhaps the dealership should focus a bit on customer service as I found the service tech a bit rude and stand offish. I do however take a bit responsibility as I had a bit of sticker shock. More
