I am a recent college grad and decided to lease instead of buying a used car because I wanted the reassurance of knowing that the car had a full warranty. Being a recent college grad, I do not have to money to fix my car if something breaks down. So I started my search for an affordable, but reliable car on Saturday, the 29th. The date is important because it was the last Saturday of the month, and most salesmen are overly motivated to sell you a car. I started my search at the Hyundai dealership. My parents and I test drove the most basic 2017 Elantra they had. I personally was not totally impressed, but they gave us a good price. We told them that we had not received an insurance check and were just looking to get an idea of what we wanted. We had the most difficult time trying to leave the dealership and their haggling left a bad taste in our mouth. Our next stop was Luther Subaru to look at the 2017 Legacy. We told the Ahmed our price range and he said while he could not get something in our range, he would try very hard to come as close as possible. We then talked to Sam and I'm not kidding when I say that I was sold on the Legacy before I even test drove the car. We felt no haggle at all and they completely understood that today might not be the day to buy a car. He told us about Subaru's amazing safety reputation, resale value and most importantly, all wheel drive on ALL of their vehicles. The most important thing you can have in a Minnesota winter. We test drove the car and were 100% sold. I decided that even though it was a little out of my price range, it is totally worth it to know that I have such a safe, reliable car on my hands. Trust me when I say that when you walk into Luther Subaru in White Bear Lake, you are going to be receive the best service of any of the dealerships off of Highway 61. I am extremely happy that my first leased car is from them. More
Speedy, courteous, and comfortable. My service manager James was speedy. That is he got right to work with me on arrival, explaining every step on the process. James took me to the very comfortable waiting area where I was able to log on internet, have coffee and work while my car was being serviced. Well done! More

At that point service representative Luke yelled at me, told me there was no possible way that they could have done that, and that he was the expert because he drives these cars every day. I drive *my* car every day. Although the service manager Donovan agreed to look at it the next day the problem still exists (at least he didn't accuse me of lying like Luke.) I understand accidents happen and things can break, but refusing to take responsibility and yelling at your customers is so far below the expectation I have of a luxury car dealership as to be laughable. I would take my vehicle anywhere before being serviced there again. More

I always had great service from them so when I decided I needed something newer I purchased a 2012 Forester from their used cars. Recently I took my Forester in for it's first oil change since I purchased it. I asked them to also check out a couple of annoying noises. They found the problems quickly and fixed one immediately but because I couldn't wait on the other longer fix for the second issue they gave me assurance that I could safely drive my Forester until I could return. And did I mention that this first oil change was free since I bought my Forester at White Bear? More
Surprised! Stopped in to look at 2017 Subaru Forester. Didn't expect them to have any left given the great ratings from Consumer Reports. After test Irving, I decided this was the car for me if the financing could fit my situation. Moe was excellent at answering all my questions and concerns, even though awe kept him very late past his time to go home. The financier made everything happen for me and I walked out of there at 10:30 pm with a new Subaru. I think this is an awesome dealer and Moe went above and beyond to help me! More
2 Hours For an Oil Change? Scheduled an oil change. They got me in right on time and said it would be about an hour and a half. They would have come close to that estimate as Scheduled an oil change. The service admin said they were still working out the logistics for their new facility. The work was generally fine, including the complimentary multi point inspections. They even honored a coupon that had expired a couple of weeks ago. Opted for the car wash which was good except for the stubborn soap film spots on the windshield (probably the result of sitting in the sun for half an hour). More
