Keep in mind the car dealership wasn't even open and he wasn't even working but yet pulled in to help us. He was wonderful through the whole process very patient. Dee was able to find a way to help compensate for some of the cost since the diagnostic didn't show a leak. When I came back to have another look at the A/C, Donovan Brummond, the service manager, offered to contact the factory to see if there was anything they could do since it was determined that a new part would be needed. This resulted in a generous response. What most impressed me about the whole experience was how fair, quick and professional the process was. More
