I visited a Subaru dealership and for 15 Minutes I was totally ignored by open sales staff! Left and went to White Bear Subaru and experienced the exact opposite. Was warmly greeted and introduced to sales representative Scott Sprecher. I liked him immediately. Very professional and helping explain my options. No high pressure just a genuine concern that I be satisfied. I chose a 2018 Crosstek. Scott worked very hard to fit me into the right vehicle with the payment I was shooting for. We spoke early Monday morning about final color options. When I arrived later to seal the deal, there sat the choice Scott thought I’d like. He nailed it! It was perfect. And it was way more loaded than I imagined it would be. I’m thrilled and very happy with my experience! Highly recommend Scott! Mike in finance was great also😃 More
