There when I needed them I showed up without an appointment b/c my car was making odd sounds, and I had a 2 1/2 hr drive home. Thorough Inspection with oil change I brought my '06 Acura in for an oil change. Was able to schedule an appointment with a 15 minute lead time. When it was founder that I needed to repl I brought my '06 Acura in for an oil change. Was able to schedule an appointment with a 15 minute lead time. When it was founder that I needed to replace a hose, I should have asked upfront to inspect the item in question-my fault. They did not pressure me into replacing it at the time, but I gave the go ahead to keep the car running in rare form. They knew I was in a rush, but did show me the replacement part per my request, while keeping me on track for my next appointment. Great, friendly and thorough service, but I did have to wipe down my car a bit after the complimentary car wash. Greg from sales and I test drove an MDX while the car was being serviced. A good use of time as I'm still thinking about that vehicle...but maybe the Hybrid. More
