I was able to also connect with John about why he is passionate about this work and felt he truly enjoys his job. I felt he was very patient with my pace as this was my first time looking for a new car-- didn't experience any pressure, I was able to express my concerns, questions and always had options. Mike was very friendly. I felt comfortable and understood information provided to me. Its great to see a diverse team including a spectrum of workers with different ages and ethnicity. nice people to deal with I have had a persistent oil leak issue with my 2011 forester. While this has been frustrating to get fixed, the dealership and the service consultant I have had a persistent oil leak issue with my 2011 forester. While this has been frustrating to get fixed, the dealership and the service consultant Dee Dhanraj have been very nice to work with. The repairs have been under warranty which is nice, the dealership has provided new loaner cars each time I have come back for further diagnosis and repairs. I feel like they are trying hard to get my issue resolved. More
Discovering a rock in the wheel well I called the service center and was able to speak to a service manager right away. I told him of the scraping-type of sound upon backing up and drivi I called the service center and was able to speak to a service manager right away. I told him of the scraping-type of sound upon backing up and driving forward and he thought it might be a rock in the wheel well but advised having it towed in, just in case it was something more serious. The $159 dx charge was reduced to $45 due to the simplicity of the task. I so appreciated that. My only complaint had to do with not being able to hear from my service rep in a timely manner. He stated he left a message on my home phone when Subaru received my car from the tow company, but I did not have a message on my voicemail. When calling the next day and leaving a message for him, 2 times, I did not hear back from him for two hours. We were finally able to connect for them to start the work and then he did call me back in a timely fashion. More

They were professional, personable, helpful and fun to deal with. This is my 2nd Subaru (this time a lease) and I will never hesitate to go back to them for any questions or service. I also liked Matt's transparent approach to the entire transaction. I appreciated that he was able to negotiate the price directly with me so I was spared the annoying process of the salesperson playing the middleman between the finance person and me. I also found Mike Akright to be easy to work with and responsive with my follow-up questions. Unlike past car purchases, this has been a positive experience. While White Bear is not the closest dealership to me, I intend to continue to service my vehicle there. If the service department measures up to my experience thus far, I have much to look forward to. More
