He made sure that I took advantage of all the coupon offers that I'd been sent, ... asked if I'd like my car washed after it was serviced (it was ... inside & out) ... took the time to show me the condition of the cabin and air filters, so I could clearly judge that they needed to be replaced, ... went through my "Multi-Point Vehicle Insp Checklist" to insure that I had a clear picture of my vehicles conditions (post service) and ... made sure the car was ready and waiting when I was ready to leave. Last but not least, after managing to misplace the paperwork I'd been given James, I called the dealership for a replacement. James answered the phone and I explained what I'd done. Immediately, he offered to print and mail a second copy to me. You can't ask for any more than that! Thanks James!! More

He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. He was also very nice when I started asking questions about the features of my new car (I went from a 2010 to 2018, what a difference) and did not make me feel bad about not knowing how to use some of these fancy new features!!! He was very personable as well. Our finance guru Chang, was equally wonderful to work with. He found us a great deal, and he did not try to "upsell" us on things we did not need. He made common sense recommendations, which was refreshing. I highly recommend the Subaru team, they are THE BEST!!!! Quick shout out to Greg in service as well for referring me to Moe!!! More
