The guy who wrote up my work order, Peng Lee, listened carefully to what I had to report on my car's needs at 9,000 miles and was able to check out on his computer some important service reminders and tips. Service came quick and fast, though the car wash was down.One point: I thought the battery sounded a little low when I started the vehicle and found that my lack of daily driving probably let the battery drain a little. Solution: top it up on the charger, drive the Subie more. I loved to hear, "Subarus love to run!" I was very happy to be a part of the White Bear Subaru family. More

Recall I have to say I was impressed. I walked in, met with the rep and signed docs. The loaner was already waiting for me. I allowed for 30 minutes because I have to say I was impressed. Rep called when worked was complete. I told what time I would be there. I walked in, paperwork was ready, my car pulled up. I jumped in and left. They completed the work in the amount of time they committed, washed and vacuumed my car too! Thank you very, very much. I appreciate the respect you showed for my time. More

The first time we took the car in they went through what I expect is a protocol for such squeaks. Was good a couple days and started again. The same was true the second time we took it in. The third time the service rep and I went for a ride so he could understand what we were hearing. Right away he could hear the same squeak. This time they recommended replacing the back seat (or part of) and that worked!!! We are so happy with the end result. More
