Horrible attitude I brought my mother there to look at leaving a Subaru Forester. I advised Scott that my mother was a retired accountant and I had sold cars before. Af I brought my mother there to look at leaving a Subaru Forester. I advised Scott that my mother was a retired accountant and I had sold cars before. After looking at the vehicle. We looked at the numbers. The numbers would not work for us. So Scott proceeded to do the amateur sales tactic of...if you don't spend daily on x you could afford the payment. As stated before my mother is a retired accountant. She told Scott that he was pushing it. Scott leaned over the desk into my mother's face and said no he is being persistent. It was unbelievable he would get in her face like that. Also they we decreasing the value of her trade by $3000 because she had smoked in it. They said it would cost $3000 to detail it. Which is an insane cost for detailing any car. More
