He builds trust with his customers and has developed a great customer base. The day of purchase he spent time with us and was very helpful. Sam told us to pick our newly purchased car up on Tuesday after 1 pm and before 3pm. When we arrived, Sam was with a customer and had 2 walk-ins. He was extremely busy and forgot to hv the car ready. He had indicated his past 3 days had been so busy and he usually keeps the keys on his desk to remind him, however the keys for my new forester were gone as they had put the protection film on the hood that morning. I understand how one salesman can have a busy day or 2. Then my suggestion is to engage one of the other four sales team members who are sitting at their desks with no customers, to assist customers like me. I work in a busy office with a small team of four. We each take a day to answer phones. Perhaps considering a similar approach and assigning a sale person to take care of incoming customers that sit and wait 1.5 hrs. To pick up their new vehicle, answer any customer questions, or simply explain the process, would be more helpful. The experience of buying at your White Bear Lake Luther dealership impacted my overall impression and unfortunately, it wasn't the best. Also, only had 5 minutes of instruction on electronics and when I got home and checked glove compartment there was no vehicle manual. Very frustrating afternoon and so completely different than my last car purchasing experience with the audi dealership which offered very attentive and thorough customer service. The buying experience is an entire process from first point of contact to when the customer drives the vehicle out of your parking lot. It should be positive and exciting for the customer! I see a huge area for cross training! More

Matt, in internet sales, listened to my concerns, respected my situation, and worked with me to keep my cost as low as possible and get me into a brand new 2018, including 0% financing! as a life-long Minnesotan, I'm super excited to be in my first ever all wheel drive vehicle, with 5 star safety rating. my insurance isn't even going up, since these cars are so safe and well made. I look forward to continuing my relationship with White bear Subaru when I need my next car. Great experience, great new car The service was excellent. I came into the dealership wanting to test drive a Crosstrek and Seth greeted me right away and had me in a car within 10 m The service was excellent. I came into the dealership wanting to test drive a Crosstrek and Seth greeted me right away and had me in a car within 10 minutes. One thing that stood out from other car dealerships was that no one was pushy and the decision to buy the 2018 Crosstrek was all mine. Seth was even able to find exactly what I wanted even though it wasn't in stock when I first came to the dealership. I put a completely refundable payment down on the car and 2 weeks later when it came in I finalized the purchase. During the period of waiting for the car to come in I did a little shopping around at other dealerships to see if I could get a better deal somewhere else. I had no luck... White Bear Subaru was giving me the best deal possible and I am very happy with my decision to buy a car from there. Landon was also great in the financial department. He made buying the car quick and easy and again did not pressure me into adding anything to the car that I didn't want. Overall great experience. More
