Service Tech Forgot I told the service tech I did NOT want him to replace the engine and cabin air filters, but DID want to purchase them. Filters didn't end up on the invoice and I didn't know that (maybe) I needed to but them from the service desk. Suggest techs tell customers more clearly/fully what will happen in situations like this. More
