Acura, in general has done a very good job of continuing to remind me my car needed its airbag replaced I finally got my car in for some recall work. The dealer got me in at my requested appointment time which was as early as they come - 7:00am. The repair took less time than anticipated and the car was returned washed. There was prompt service updates by text, and no matter who I was talking with they were knowledgeable about who I was and why I was there. More
