Sam Basho has been great to our family and friends for 16+ years along with Sam the sales manager who retired unfortunately. I don’t even know who the sales manager was on this last transaction no face 16+ years along with Sam the sales manager who retired unfortunately. I don’t even know who the sales manager was on this last transaction no face or name because the LITTLE xxxxx never came out of his hole to see us, so I will rate all the sales managers one star. Offered us $1700 less than the lowest value of KBB poor condition of a vehicle trade in because “it smelled like smoke.” Which is only considered a $1000 reduction in Trade/lease value. Trade/lease was brought back with 17k of 36k allowed, no burns, stains or scratches or any other damage actually had upgrades from original purchase window visors, window tint, etc and detailed before trade. Unlike new vehicle still had shipping plastic pieces on it inside and out, poor new car prep. Sam did counter offer thankfully. The trade in was sold in one week “because little xxxxx couldn’t sell it because it was smoked in” I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from a sales manager in a car purchase in my life. More than likely I will NEVER do business with them or any luther dealership again along with two other of our family and friends households. Would have walked but Sam arranged for a vehicle we wanted, waited a month for arrival and our time is to valuable wasting on a vehicle trade/flip. Know your numbers and value of your vehicle because the sales managers are worse than a stereotypical car salespeople. At least the salesman will see you face to face and treat you with dignity, curtesy and respect. Twenty years of great sales and customer service out the window all because of sales manager little xxxxx. Cannot believe I’m even wasting time I will never get back writing this review other than if it can save just one person from being screwed by a little xxxxx. Shame on you luther. Extremely disappointed. More
I had the 2nd front coil spring break within a year on my Impreza sport. WB Subaru found the part and scheduled me the next day to have it repaired. They also gave me a discount on balancing the wheels since I had had it done less than a month before. And they completed the job in less time than estimated. While the staff was great, my Impreza is over 7 years old with 25,000 miles. I don't drive when there is snow/ice/road salt on the roads and I have a garage. The first coil spring broke last August and the 2nd one in June. Plus miscellaneous recalls like the key sticking in the ignition. My previous Subaru Forester was a good car, but the Impreza makes me wonder if my next car will be a Subaru. With the low mileage and lack of used car inventory, it's still worth too much to get rid of, but I discourage everyone I know from buying this model. More
