My annual 1yr checkup went perfectly. I had the car picked up at my house in St. Paul around 11AM on Tues 6/13 and taken to the White Bear Dealership, where an annual inspection was perfo I had the car picked up at my house in St. Paul around 11AM on Tues 6/13 and taken to the White Bear Dealership, where an annual inspection was performed, then the car was returned to me later the same day around 4PM or so. I was kept in the loop by phone on what needed to be done and agreed to everything. My 2014 Outback still looks like it's brand new! I drive so little (<1,000/yr) and it's good that White Bear does an annual inspection of everything and does the necessary services (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) More

My purchase of a new vehicle and my trade-in were handled professionally and efficiently. There was little pressure to add additional items to the purchase. The car was all ready at the appointed time and professionally and efficiently. There was little pressure to add additional items to the purchase. The car was all ready at the appointed time and they even had the license plates ready and installed to avoid temp plates and a return visit to get them.
