Chris Doffing was helpful & I liked that there was no pressure. I do wish that when the service dept. cleaned & reconditioned the car that they had replaced the missing back windshield wiper & missing fl pressure. I do wish that when the service dept. cleaned & reconditioned the car that they had replaced the missing back windshield wiper & missing floor mats, which I hadn’t noticed until I’d gotten the car home & the first time it rained! Nice folks, they try, but I would expect better service on a brand new car. When I owned a business if a customer had this much trouble with a product I would replace it and compensate them for their troub on a brand new car. I don't feel that they gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision for a purchase that I was 100% happy with. There were features missing from my car that Shawn didn't tell me about like the needed to make a decision for a purchase that I was 100% happy with. There were features missing from my car that Shawn didn't tell me about like the missing spare tire and the missing cargo cover. The worst part was when he said heated seating was included and when I got the car it was not included. Also when I went to use the service center for something, they were not helpful with meeting me know what costs would be or what my warranty covered. Generally I like my Subaru Impreza 2024, but honestly I am not very happy with White Bear Subaru. More
