Other than the usual UPSELLING of add on services and products it was a good. Had a pre-approved loan from my Credit Union in hand so that part went quickly. Jacob was very in tune with what I wanted an products it was a good. Had a pre-approved loan from my Credit Union in hand so that part went quickly. Jacob was very in tune with what I wanted and called me when a vehicle became available at my price point. Your upselling services are WAAAAAYYYY over hyped. Dealership Service departments are OVER PRICED. As soon as they align with what is available with Good Year, Firestone, etc...., I will consider using one. Until then, you are simply wasting time. At least you are no worse than other dealerships when it come to trying to put lipstick on that pig! Overall a very good buying experience. More

Poorly handled, felt lied to, feel like I over paid. Big lack of follow through by the salesman, had to get all my questions answered by his boss. Car was supposed to be ready a week after purchase.
